OUR RETURN POLICY
Product Return Policy - purchased items are to be returned within 15 days of purchase and must include original receipt to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given if the item returned is damaged, soiled, missing labels or if the item is not a Blue Antler Trading Company product or was not sold through Blue Antler Trading Company.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected and verified as valid. Refund amounts will go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items before a refund can be issued.
Place the original receipt and the item(s) in an appropriate shipping bag or box.
